Here is a collection of a few models I created in my first year of school between July 2008 and June 2009.
Here is my first environment. This was created using assets mostly created by myself, with various props and buildings created by fellow students in my class. The foreground buildings are my own. Thanks to
Liviu Antonescu for the Lancia Delta in the foreground. The Datsun on the left was downloaded from
Turbosquid.
This is a render I took approximately 6 months ago when I relit it for another class.
Here is the first vehicle asset I created. It is a Peterbilt 359. Final poly count is a hair under 20000, and all the textures are custom painted. I plan to revisit the model and retexture it for more realism in the near future.
Following the Peterbilt, I decided to try my hand at a custom car. I designed this car off of some thumbnails, and reworked the overall shape after blocking out the body. Over a 2 week period, here is the result.
Here is the car rendered a few months ago for a lighting class. I may still go back and UV the car and texture it properly. The textures on the car were only there to replace the default grey shader.
